Before you book

Yes. All levels are welcome. Drills and partner work are scaled to your level, so you’ll be challenged without being left behind.

Comfortable, flexible training clothes, and indoor training shoes or bare feet, whichever you normally train in.

A water bottle, a towel, a snack or lunch, and a notebook if you like to take notes. All equipment is provided at the gym, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Training runs 10am to 5pm, Monday 23 to Friday 27 November 2026.

The £250 deposit secures your place and is non-refundable if you cancel. If we cancel the camp or change the dates, you’ll get a full refund of everything you’ve paid. The balance is due by Friday 13 November.
